Eleven bedroom Hacienda Del Mar is located directly on Fatima Bay Beach in Puerto Aventuras. This unique Hacienda style villa lies in the heart of the sensational Riviera Maya. Hacienda Del Mar boasts over 8,500 square feet of prime living space, and may be rented in conjunction with its sister villa located next door, Hacienda Corazon. These two villas are perfect for larger groups or family events.

Guests entering through the doors of Hacienda del Mar are transported into another world. The main court yard is adorned with Mexican trinkets, cacti and artwork; all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Walking through the ground floor and into the spacious living and dining room, the views outdoors are mesmerizing; the private swimming pool overlooks the azure blue Caribbean Sea. The house, designed by the owners themselves, boasts original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras. Enjoy an ocean front massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with modern, state-of-the-art appliances. From the villa, guests step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic.

A total of 22 guests may be hosted in air conditioned comfort. Each bedroom suite is fitted with a digital safe and an iPod docking station. There are seven bedrooms in the main villa, and three bedrooms plus den in the Casita (little house) located in the grounds. Also in the Casita there is a large entertainment room with a pingpong table, a billiard table, and a large flat screen television with satellite.

The staff of Hacienda del Mar will ensure that guest stays are enjoyable and memorable. There is maid service provided daily (including Sunday) and an English speaking concierge. Villa Hacienda del Mar is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and a post office are clustered. There are also a championship golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park situated close by.
